I purchases a car i may a 2000 focus and after 1 week i had to replace the egnition switch. 6 months later the car started to overheat and i had to pay over 700 dollars to replace the head gasket the worst expeierence with this car is when the car is off you gear shifter is supposed to lock well mine was broke and my 2 year old kicked the car into drive and the car started to roll thank god i was in the car or she could have been dead today
I called drivetime ready to turn in the car the manager states he might be able to swap me into another car since i only had it for 7 months and wanted me to come back and speak with the regional manager i came back the next day and theoffice manger now is really nasty stating they aren't going to swap me out that car unless i pay another 1800.00 and when i said no they stated they would have the car looked at by their mechanics and call me back 3 weeks went by and i heard nothing then i got a notice my car was going to be sold at auction when i called they said they could not reach me and they assumed i abandoned the car (funny i missed a payment and the collections department didn't call once) they wanted me to pay the entire loan amoumt before i could have my car back can i borrow 9000.00
