I recently went to the parts counter at Shults Ford to return some unused parts that were purchased over three years ago. Deb (or Debbie) at the counter took the time to accept the parts and refund the money. She responded immediately and was very helpful. I am very likely to do business with or recommend Shults Ford to people just based on my experience with her.
