2011 Fiesta Repair - 2011 Ford Fiesta

I purchased a 2011 Fiesta in late September. I loved driving my Fiesta and enjoyed the technology behind the car. Unfortunately a tornado hit my neighborhood in late April and done over $7000 worth of damage to my new Feista. I had the Fiesta towed to Ted Russell Ford (the dealer of purchase) on 5/11 and was warned that with all storm damage coming in repair would take about a month. I was heartbroken when I called for an update on 6/1 to discover work had not started and that parts needed for my vehicle hood, roof insert, windshield, wipers, etc could not be found. The body shop employee at Ford explained that the Fiesta was so new that parts were not available yet. It is unacceptable to me that Ford would make a vehicle available, but not the parts to repair it. I have tried to talk to anyone that would listen for answers or help, the general manager (who won't return my calls), the body shop manager who can only tell me he doesn't know how long I will have to wait. At the moment I'm walking to work, I take care of my grandmother and have no way to take her to her doctors appointments and all the while I'm making new car payments on a car that Ford can't fix. I've always been a Ford girl and its heartbreaking that Ford would put a car on the market that they weren't prepared to repair. Putting my home and life back together after the turmoil of the tornado have been devastating, but the service I've received from Ford has been shocking and unnecessary. All I want is service and answers.
