I couldn't figure out why my credit card was always hiking back up in balance when I was trying to pay it off. I finally logged into the account and found shoppingessentials charged my credit card $62.80 this month. They charged the card 9 times since Oct 11 from charges ranging from $14.95 to $62.80 and sometimes they charged twice in a month. They will only reverse two charges and will not refund the rest of my money. I never signed up for this service and I never authorized them to charge any amount of money to my card. I have all the charges in dispute with the credit card company. I am very upset that the two ladies I spoke to acted like this was my fault. I am mad! I want my money back.
