Two months ago we took our vehicle to Treadquarters for an inspection. The vehicle was rejected due to one ball joint which needed to be replaced and other minor deficiencies. Not ever having heard of replacing one ball joint, I went online, as well as taking our vehicle to two different mechanics at two different locations we had dealt with in the past, and the information we received was quite unsettling. All ball joints were in good condition and the price that was quoted to replace one could have replaced two at any other business. The minor repairs were completed at a much lower price as well and inspected. It would be advised to have a state inspection agency investigate this business.
