Springs transmission and automotive charged us to replace water pump and timing chain in car. After 3 times of going back for leak we took car to another mechanic. He replaced water pump and gave us old one that was never replaced, also gave us written statement that timing chain had not been replaced 2 weeks prior as we were charged for. Springs transmission and auto said they would pay us back for 2nd mechanic but after a week of not getting back and avoiding calls icalled and he said not going to help us with problem he cant find paperwork after i gave him copies of repair orders
