I had been in popular and work car accident 1/10. Permanent general was my car insurance company. I experienced injuries and must be transported by ambulance towards the im and dropped 2 front teeth. Stitches were required and surgery along with a root canal was required to repair our 2 teeth. Our vehicle was totaled. It took more than 3 weeks simply to receive my look for our totaled car causing me to cover a rental outofpocket for greater than a month. For my injury area of the state, 5 months later, continues to be available. The corporation has given me the run-around, lied in my experience, hungup on me, and done everything within their capacity to avoid precisely addressing my bills and closing the state. I've contacted the department of insurance, administrators at permanent standard, as well as contacted with a lawyer. I've provided them with every statement, account, authorities statement, medical document, ect they've required, and that i still haven't had my state looked after. I'm the corporation hasn't acted on good religion, and that i just want anyone currently included in permanent general or considering their coverage to think. The corporation lacks professionalism and may not be respected.
