John Garcia, Manager at AAMCO neglected to mention my car was under factory warranty. My car had transmission issues and was being prepared for repairs. After the transmission was dropped I was told by a 3rd party after the transmission had been removed my car was still under the manufacturer's warranty. I was told to have the transmission re-assembled and have the car transported to the GM dealership. AAMCO (Garcia) has admitted their negligence in the due diligence of this repair. Garcia has severed all communication and refuses to resolve this situation. He has provided no Customer Service on this issue and is refuses to speak to me on this.
