I ordered a secondary air pump and valve for my 2002 Audi TT and received only the pump. I contacted the company by phone and was told the valve was not included even though agent Ken who took my order confirmed that it was three times during our conversion that was voice recorded by usautoparts. I had to purchase the valve locally so that the audi emission system could be repaired to pass NYstate inspection.
I requested a refund of $335 for the valve and was refused.
