I ordered a faucet repair kit, consisting of two (2) valve stems, springs seats and a special wrench. One of the valve stems was installed, but did not solve the problem. I contacted the company, Eric, and he said he would sent me another valve stem because the one installed might be defective. The replacement valve was identical to the one that failed and was never installed. I sent all of the identical items in the repair kit back to the Company and when I called and asked if they had been received, was told yes. But there would be no refund because I had purchesed them.
