Recently I ordered a new set of directional signals for my bike, based on the description of the markers that on the website these markers would work perfectly on my bike. However when I received the markers they were in fact miniature marker lights made for pocket bikes. When I had called the customer service line I was told that I could not return these and that I should have done more research when I had chosen the lights. I pointed out that in doing my research on their site that according to the item description these were in fact full sized markers and compatible with my bike, the service rep had told me that I was full of shit and that they would not take them back as it is their policy not to accept returns on electrical items. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was put on hold and then hung up on. So now I am stuck with these lights that I have no use for.
