Guarantee breach

I bought an HHO mobile unit (KEXT53) which in the place of operating at 10A only worke at4,5A creating really small HHO quantity. I delivered back it for reparation or modify on 12.3.2010 and Mr. Sean don´t reply me after I need actually the poor

Might be this occur to me as foreigner. Because of this I'd prefer to understand if you will find others related circumstances
