When booking a flight car rental thru expedia, this co. Said price that ended up $100 more Extreme pressure to get extra insurance - they call it collection waiver - I felt threatened, extorted and finally signed after much argument as I needed to go and was miles from another rental car facility - I felt they would accuse me when car was returned if I had even a scratch - they said I would have to pay depreciation, etc. I began complaint attempt that day-
Their customer care phone # is just for recording or sending letter - I left my info three times, no response. Did their email form - no response. Called the reservation line - they will not let you speak to supervisor - just give you same circular phone message #
only option is to complain to the very people who screwed you in the first place
I filed with BBB and Payless responded that I took out insurance, then wanted it refunded after I returned the car. I tried the Payless phone number on the BBB response letter - got the same circular phone problem - press zero to speak to someone and when you press it the same message begins to repeat
