I have driving test today so i need a Rental Car for road test.

So i approached Payless company to engage rental car for driving test. Before i take the car i clearly asked whether i can use their car for driving test. At the time of taking car i asked twice they said yes i can use.

But after reaching DMV they asked Authorization letter from Payless them they were saying sorry for Miscommunication you we cannot give Authorization letter. Because of which DMV didnot allowed me to go for driving test. I lost a day with lot of stress and i gone mad on Manager-HERM & Payless company.

I reached customer care they wont respond quickly.

This is how with out proper info they were cheating people. Because of which i lost 1 day of pay & 200$ for car rental & Gas.

Overall i lost many things i had worst experience with PAYLESS RENTAL. I recommend not to go with this company.
