I was driving my 2007 dodge dakota pickup when i noticed a strange smell while driving so i pulled over and found the cataleytic convertor was glowing red. So i shut the truck off and called reno dodge to tow it in, the next day ben calls me and tells me that there is no problem with the engine, and that he need to charge me 425 for a new shift cable (melted) and 108 dollars for a diognostic test, which turned up nothing. So after that ben calls me to say that a shock was broken, a brake sensor was broken, and that i needed to pay for a fuel system flush and i needed a new starter cable, and all my fliuds changed in the tranny, rear end, and transfer case, these repairs totaling 1800 dollars they also said that i needed new spark plugs 100 for plugs? I told them to keep the truck and i will be contacting the BBB, THIS TRUCK ONLY HAS 35,000 MILES AND IT CAME WITH THE LIFETIME WARRANTY BS DODGE WILL NOT HONOR ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS, I have bought 4 cars from reno dodge and everytime i ask myself why, in the begining they were fair and honest but as time went by i saw money hungry vulture's working there, jim reno nv
