This is the biggest ripoff scamming company in the world. I got hired in feb. 07 and was stupid enough to drive for them for 7 months.in march after being with my trainer for 6 weeks i was put in a truck of my own. I told them that i would stay on the road until may just as long as i was home for my daughters b-day. After getting small check after small check i called my wife to read off my paystubs and see where all my money was. She read me the trips i got paid for, and lo and behold i was missing over 6000 miles that i never got paid for. I called them and blew up. Linda was blowing smoke up my butt saying swift hadn't authorized those trips to be paid yet! I had them route me back to tucson so i could sit face to face with doug the owner. After talking with him and linda in payroll they both promised me that all of my money would be paid to me that week. That was when i was going home for my daughters b-day. When i finally got to ca. Glenn tried telling me that i couldn't go home because there was a load that he wanted me to take. After telling them to screw off and take their truck and shove it sideways they decided to let me go home. That week for my daughters b-day i got a check for $78.00 for the 6000 miles of backpay. 78 fricking dollars. I called around to other companies to get another job, but i had to have 6 months driving alone b4 they would hire me. I called on monday and totally went off and all i got was more smoke blown up my butt. I never got reimbursed for my scale tickets, hotels while my truck was being fixed, or the load locks i had to buy for the truck. If you get stuck working for this company all i can say is you better xerox every receipt, or bill that you get because linda says swift lost your paperwork and swift says they sent it to linda and you end up with no pay!!! They never once paid me for wait time for sitting at shippers or receivers over 2 hours after telling me they would. If you smoke you better quit b4 workin for this company because with all the smoke they blow up your butt you'll have a nicotine overdose. Anybody thats filing a lawsuit against them let me in on the bandwagon because doug is a lying, cheating, downright dirty scumbag!!!
