Over charged on Lake County, IL. Sales tax. Plus added on other costs, when I was informed by salesman that there wasn't any other costs

Was over charged Lake County, IL. Sales tax. They did not offer refund after showing them the State Tax web site report. They just tossed it away. Was told by saleman that there wasn't any other charges, but there was charges added on. One being a hevfty Doc fee that is not required by the state of Illinois.
