I purchased a new 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt, and since then it has been back to the dealership over 12 times. This last time cost me $400. I called General Motors customer service, and told them my story. They came back with a decision to offer me a coupon for $100 off my next repair which expires in one year. This was my second GM vehicle that I have purchased new. I WAS a loyal customer. I am not the type of person to complain, but I am so disappointed with GM. I will tell everyone I know that General Motors does not stand behind their products or their loyal customers.
