In June I ordered a chip for my truck then changed my mind shortly after so I cancelled the order. I was informed that they would refund my money which was $704.00 but that it could take several weeks before it showed in my account. Months went by and many phone calls later I decided to order a fuel kit from them since they weren't sending my money back. I spoke to the sales rep and asked if this would help he said yes and that they could have the fuel kit to me in about 6 weeks. Now... 4 months later, no fuel kit and no refund. I have called repeatedly and been lied to each time but now when I call they don't even answer. Now because they did not send my fuel kit and I spent valuable time waiting on them my truck is in need of costly repairs. So... Not only did they take my money but they have cost me even more. DO NOT use Laguna Speed Shop they will rip you off.
