I went to orientation... And they stressed how important communication was. Since I have been with them the past 4 weeks I have broken down numerous times when you call the the shop to get your truck fixed not only does Josh not return calls or fix the issue when you finally do get in they don't want to pay you break down pay I am owed 600.00 in break down pay have have yet to see it.
They also stress that what ever you need just let them know. Well I am out of fuel can I get money to get 50 gals? Well what did you do with your fuel money? I bought fuel! Frequently they put me on a load only to take me off. I am hardly if ever pre planned, the in house staff employees attitudes suck. They have no clue what it takes to run a truck they give you enough fuel money to get where you need to deliver a load they don't figure in where you have to dead head to there for after a load of course you need more fuel duh!
Every load is a disaster because they make it that way they are disorganized since I have been here 4 weeks I have seen 7 loads because I was broke down the first 2 weeks. Much less getting people to return calls. Do I recommend this company to perspective employees? No I don't no unless you plan on having a bottle of mylanta by your side at all times!
