Ordered auto parts they sent email about declined card but visa said they got their money wont answer emails or phone calls to them

On May 21st 2011 I have ordered a power brake booster for my 2004 dodge dakota truck from,
www.partsgeek.com They sent me an email and confirmed my order with a invoice Number of 11-2785204. The next day I got an email from them saying that my credit card got declined. I contacted my bank and it did not get declined, they got their money. I have tried numerous times contacting them by email with the same response, them saying my credit card got declined. When I contact them by phone I get put on hold for about 5 to 10minutes listening to music then after awhile I get a message to press 1 to return to the main menu.

Someone please help me shut this website down, Many people probably already got ripped off.
