I recently ordered a headlight assembly from partsgeek.com, after placing the order I realized that I had ordered the wrong side and immediately ordered the correct part. The next morning I contacted partsgeek and informed them of the mistake and was inforrmed that although the incorrect part had not yet shipped, the order could not be turned around and would have to be shipped out. I was instructed to refuse delivery of the incorrect part and notify partsgeek when that happened and the money paid would be credited back to my account. This occurred at the end of January, I have since spoken to Tim at partsgeek several times and corresponded via email to no avail. He tells me that he must speak to his supervisor, who must get in touch with the credit department. I recieved an email on the first of Feb. That stated my money was awaitng release, as of March 1st still getting the run around and no money.
