Basic facts

They sold us a new car
yet on the contract it said used 30000 miles.
Took it back three weeks later.

Got and was charged for a 1995 ford explorer but it wasn't a 1995 ford explorer that we got, it was a 1992. Which had a bad transmission and the 4 wheel drive didn't work.

So we took it in when the tranny got worse.

Traded up to a 1999 chevy blazer which the manager said i had until the end of the month to pay more down payments.

It was then repossessed from my work in scottsdale at gainey ranch. On 9/19 to my utter horror and embarrassment.

Now they want another thousand dollars from me plus 350 for towing to get my broken car that is not a 95 but a 92 back.

The manager will not give us his last name, he is rude arrogant and smug.

The sales person that witnessed his misrepresentation and outright lies is conveniently no longer there, nor is the previos manager or sales person.

Complaint:
chapman of phoenix sold us a new car - stated used on the contract. They wanted it back 3 weeks later. We traded and used the applied down payment for an explorer - 31% interest. It had a bad transmission; we traded up for a newer car. 3000 more down for better interest. Manager said had till end of month.

Today they towed it from my job! Manager lies and won't give last name. Sales man no longer there. They switch managers and sales people so often so they aren't accountable for the deals they speak, then they try and soak more money out of people or they somehow lose their car with no warning or no fair options. Coverup lies. My husband is disabled i am in pain from an auto accident trying to work and we have a daughter. Am i supposed to lose 5000 $ and have no car for groceries work school doctors? Please advise.
