Drove my car in running, now has total different engine that does not run, they still have my car

Complaint:
I had brought my 66 mercedes benz in for repair because It was having problems starting. This was the first repair job. It went well and started on 12/07/01 and was finished 12/14/01. However Grant Miller, the owner of
eurotech recommended I put new tires on the car and to bring it back for a carburator tune up, also stated on my reciept. I brought the car back on 4/8/02 and agreed to the price of $1500 for the tune up. I began making
payments, keeping my reciepts. Weeks had passed, It was now payed in full and when I asked him about the progress he said he was ordering something for the carburators. Weeks had passed again, I called and as told it was a
bad valve instead of the carburators, so I continued to wait. I stopped by his shop to talk about it and he showed my my moter, and said the pistons were bad, the whole moter was in pieces.

He said he could rebuild it for me for a total price of $2500 but says he is having troble finding a block
to rebuild it with. Now everytime I call him back he still says he can't find a block and tells me to call back next week and this has been going on for a long time. I have even offered to find another car or block myself but he says for me to let him do it. My car sits at his shop without a motor and so far I'm out 1500 dollars.

I just want my car back runing the way it was when I drove it in to his shop with my $1500 dollars back or my car with a rebuilt motor and I would be glad to pay him for it.
