I ordered a Gibson Exhaust System for my Ford Ranger on 6/5 from ExpressAutoParts.com. I entered the wrong part number and received the wrong exhaust. No problem you say, right???!! Just return the exhaust and have them send you the correct one. Not so with this scamming piece of crap company.
I followed their return process completely to the T. I obtained an Return # from their ridiculous e-mail only customer service department and shipped the exhaust back with signature confirmation at my own expense. They received and signed for the returned exhaust and to this day I have not received my $277.17 refund.
No one answers their 800 number and their office number is answered by a stupid receptionist that is in on the scams as well. All phone calls are routed to directly to voicemail and none of my 12 phone calls have been returned. 13 e-mails to their non-existent credit/refund, management and customer service departments have gone unanswered.
This company is nothing but a bunch of low life criminals that need a taste of their own medicine. I look forward to meeting these scum bags in NYC Court this year to here there explanation and take my money back.in addition they list ABC as a reference on their website. Lets see how much ABC appreciates bein used as a reference for a RIPOFF COMAPNY!!! Say hello to Seven On Your Side!!
