Hello fellow internet consumers, I stumbled across this site searching for a way to reach this scamming internet business, expressautoparts.com, and see I am not the only one that has been a victim of internet scamming. After reading all the entries in this website, what does it take to shut a fraudulent business like this down?
Without long winded detail, my situation is the same as some of you folks wrote. I'm out 143.22, because of it. I submitted an online complaint to the Federal Trade Commission, Verisign under which they are registered, and after coming across others in my situation, I'm going to call this "AAIA" that they claim to be a member to see if they can provide any information. I'm also going to write the New York City Dept. Of Consumer Affairs and include all e-mail correspondence between expressautoparts.com and myself.
In spite of anything that any of us do to stop this bogus company who has been around since 1999, I have a gut feeling that they are a step ahead of the law otherwise, they would have been shut down before our complaints.
