On September 2 I ordered a windshield wiper motor from expressautoparts.com, when it arrived it was the wrong part. I immediately sent an e-mail to the company requesting a return authorization number, which they provided. That very day (September 15) I repacked the motor and returned it, USPS insured mail, as requested by expressautoparts.com.
It has now been over 2 monthes and still no refund appears on my credit card account.
I would really like to get back my $98.36, but if at least one person reads this report and decides to shop elsewhere, then it will be worth the loss.
