Long Beach is indeed the company from hell. They start harrassing you one day after your payment is due. They will continue the harrassment until the payment is received.
They do not care about circumstances (my husband was hospitalized all they cared about was who was doing the bills.)
They do not believe you if you say your payment is on the way. They want a western union payment immediately, then when they get the check, they will cash it anyway. Horrible company. If anyone has any suggestions on how to deal with these "people" please let me know. I can barely stand it any longer. They try to pretend that they are nice, then comes the "ax"
