Like many others, we started off behind due to how long it took for Long Beach to send any paperwork. They harassed & harassed us even when we did what we could to catch up.
They called everyone we knew & told them our business after just 2-3 days late like with many of the other rip off reports! But our story gets even worse...
Our car was stolen! We reported it to the police, the insurance company, & nasty, ignorant Long Beach Acceptance!
Well, after the theft was investigated by the insurance company as well as an outside investigator it was determined that our insurance company would pay the car off...
When they notified Long Beach that they were about to send them a pay off check Long Beach told them to wait because they want to process a reposession on paper without the car! After they put it on our credit report they will send the lien to our insurance company!
Can anyone tell us how in the hell they can do a reposession without actually having the car?! What gives those crudball, scamming @$#@!!! The right to do that?! What do we do to stop these con artists?
