Their True Mission - I was treated like a criminal

To Whom It May Concern,

I was browsing the internet looking for Long Beach Acceptance's Web site to see if I was able to look at my account. And it pulled up your Site.

I was blown away to know I was not the only one feeling the effect of their bladent disregard for the Fair Debt Collection Act.

From the first moment I made contact with their company we have had issue's. My account was 25 days delinquent, and I advised the representative that was handling my account that the payment was on it's way and without remorse he put in a request and had my car picked up without question.

That next day the payment arrived and there was no apology, No removal of the Reposession mark put on my CBR report. There only concern was for money and that was the bottom line.

I had to come up with $697 which I didn't have to Redeem my vehicle. I was put in the position as if I was a criminal and owed them my life.

Legal action needs to take place against Long Beach Acceptance to let them know, the American people will not stand for those type of collection efforts.
