We're truly pissed-off with AAMCO. Your vehicle (98 Honda Civic) had a Motor Check Lighting On, therefore my partner named AAMCO and requested about Free Motor Check support (as we noticed the include on the Television) KEN (the man at Lake Forest, California area) stated provide your vehicle on Friday at 8:30am and we will examine it. My partner got the vehicle on Friday and KEN stated it'll consider about 4 hours to obtain the free estimation, therefore my partner named me to choose him up and fall him down at the office. Then after 4&1/2hours we returned to AAMCO to obtain our estimation. KEN stated I understand the issue & your data is preserved within the program and that I possess the SIGNAL, however it can cost you $85 to understand what's truly wrong using the vehicle. We were truly annoyed since KEN did not reveal that it'll dominate 4hours, he explained nothing concerning the discount or something concerning the free support needs. KEN lost our whole-day.
