Had a water pump put in my vehicle at the Old Bridgelocation. They misdiagnosed theproblem (it was not the water pump). One year and less than 10,000 miles later, I had an antifreeze leak andbroke down. I had the nearestrepair shop fix it. It turned outto be, the WATER PUMP and a new one was put in. According to Strausss receipt, the pump had a lifetimewarranty and Strauss would replace or refund the part at their discretion. They wanted to give me a new pump andnot a refund or store credit. Issuestill not resolved. Do not letthem do any repair work. Use themfor maintenance work only if necessary (i.E. Oil changes, wiper-blades, battery, etc.)
