Hello I bouht a 2001 vw passat stw 4 motion with front end damage. I bouht all parts needed from vw dealer and fix the front end i then tried to turn the car on and will not turn over so i took the car to northeast auto aulet service dept and ask for it to be fix they had the car for more than 2 months and the car still not fix they keep telling me that they are busy and havent had time to get to it. I call service manager and ask him for a ballance on the service for my car he told me $840.00 dollors but my car still not fix. Customer service manager also told me that in the 2 month's they had the car they work on it for a total of 8 hours.
