I was in the waiting area at O'Brien's Auto Repair in Urbandale when the "rude to the patrons" review customer was there. She did not have an appointment, as the coupon clearly states you need, but the manager did her a favor and got her in for her service. They did a lube, oil and filter change, and a 27 point safety inspection on her car. (As they did on mine) Forty minutes of labor plus materials.in the end, when she was told she had to pay the tax on the Groupon coupon, plus an oil disposal fee, $3.59 total, she was all bent out of shape about it. "Never had to pay tax before!" She huffs. The manager offered the money back to her and she refused. Then she went out and wrote a nasty review. Clearly angry, bitter person taking out her frustrations on everyone around her.
