I took my 93 chevy truck to Roland's Auto Repair for wear & tair problems, like the back window lock, driver's door lock need to be fixed and the mileage sensor. This started in July of 07, also in that time Roland said my engine was dropping gas. Now I don't know about cars so I trusted his judgement. Mr. Brown said he did the work and my truck was done, I paid him $424.83 on July7.
The next day I went to the bank, came out truck won't start. Called Roland and he came to me started it and told me it was a sensor that has rusted from rain water. So I took the truck back to Roland for him to fix. Mr. Brown did something what I don't Know but, he called told me it's done come get the truck. Two days later the same thing again.
Called Mr. Brown again he came took the truck to his shop and started the repairs. I was told it's the distributor cap and a host of thing for months.in November 07, i went to his shop to take my truck, it looked like he took my whole engine apart. So he asked me to be patinent, it wasn't as bad as it look. To make a long story short he striped my truck of parts that didn't need it, and replced it with old used up parts from a juke yard.
Now, on April 17 almost a year of doing nothing but pulling my leg Mr. Brown gives me a signed statement that all labor and parts are free of cost for having my truck for a yr. On July 29, Mr. Brown called me that the truck was done. I then drove home and the next day the truck did not start. Just to add he did not even put all my parts on the truck, like the oil stick for the engine and the sensor he said i needed. Not that I would take my truck back to him but Mr. Roland Brown don't return my calls. He's a ripp-off and i want everyone to know.
