I purchased a (4 yr -60,000 mile Platinum) auto service plan from Warranty America on 3-17-08 for a 02 Cadillac Seville.in the fall of 08, I had a front alignment done, and the mechanic told me the front wheel bearings and steering shaft needed replaced. I had my Cadillac garage verify this and call Warranty America with an estimate ($1100). Warranty also wanted to verify by sending their rep to check on my claim. They agreed and the work was done and they paid the Cadillac garage in full. I've had no further problems with the car to date, (11-28-09), and remain a satisfied Warranty America customer.
