Dear sir/madam,
I am sending this report becuz we bought a car from auto mall in 1998 or 1999 we had a lot of problems with this vehical it was a 1984 or? About the year since it was a while back anyway it burned 4 qts of oil in a month and plus other problems it had.
We kept calling them and taking the car back to them several times in the 2 months that we had the car and they would not take care of the problems it had or give us an other car.
So i called and told them that i was not going to give them no more payments on the car becuz they would not take care of the problems that it had.
They told me to bring the car back and so i did they told me that it would not go against our credit. What they did is take it to court which we did not get the court papers until they all ready went to court and made the judgement against us we did not even get a chance to defend ourselves.
We went to get a car at a dealership and they denied us becuz of them and we needed a car to get around in the car dealer even called them and offered to pay the vehical off and auto mall would not give them any imformation.
Auto mall up dated the credit report in march of this yr. I beleive that its been 3 yrs, is there a stateu of limitation? Please let me know what i can do about this or if anything can be done.
I feel that auto mall was wrong in what happened to us and would like something done about it. I would like for it to be taken off my credit report. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter.
