I purchased the car on May 21, and by the end of June or early July the head gasket blew on the car. I took the car back to Auto Mall to get serviced and they told me that it would only take about 10 hours to finish because of other work they had but it took them exactly 2 weeks and 3 days to return my car and charged me over a grand. I lost my job because i didnt have transportation.
My car was involved in a car accident and my insurance company sent me a check for $560 and I was told I could take my car anywhere I wanted to get fixed. Auto Mall was getting upset because I did not want them to get the check and fix my bumper because they were expensive. I had missed 2 payments because i got behind on everything. I called and made arrangements to pay my bill but they repoed my car a week later.
I called Auto Mall to see about getting my personal papers and other items out of the car along with my tag and they refuse to give me anything. I have all my receipts from my car payments that I made to them and other receipts from parts that I bought for the car and he could easily say I didnt make payments because he has all of my information. What can I do?
