They entered my order in their system incorrectly and were unable to pick up my cycle by the promised date. While they promised to return my deposit, it has been one month and no deposit has been refunded. Their billing department does not answer the phone and its voice mailbox is always full and cannot take messages. I stringly suggest going elsewhere for your shipping needs.
