Sent a head off a car to them to get it machined and have new valves put in it. We got the head back and took it to a shop to have it installed. They did not check all the bolt holes on the head. When the mechanics installed the head, the bolts for the CAM shafts were all stripped out. The head had to be taken back out and taken back to the Baldwin. They were supposed to re-tap all the holes and that is what they said they did. I brought the head back to the shop to be installed again. They had forgotten to re-tap multiple holes. The head had to be removed and taken back once again to Baldwin. When the head was put back on again, two holes were tapped too large. So once again the head had to be returned to Baldwin. I have had to pay for labor for removal and installation multiple times. I have also had to purchace new head studs and a new head gasket for each time that they head was installed. I went to them asking if i can get money back for all the labor, gaskets and studs. They refused saying that it was not their responsibility. They don't know what they are doing and will not work with customers. Do not use them for any automotive repairs that you need to have done.
