I was rear ended on night. Brownings Auto Body was recommened by my insurance company, so I took my car there. All it needed was a new fender, and the metal bars that hold it. They told me when I took it up there, it would take them 24 hours to do the maintaince.
I scheduled a date with them and to tie into that, I got 10 days off from work. So I figured I could live without the car for a day, even though I was on vacation from work.
I dropped it off on a Monday. I called them Tuesday afternoon, and nobody knew about my vehicle. I called Wednesday and they said they were having trouble getting the parts. Keep in mind they had a 21 day notice of when I was going to drop my vehicle off. Thursday I called before just before they closed and they told me they had just got the parts in, and they didn't know if they could have it back for me on Friday, when they had previously promised me it would be done.
Finally they called me in the late afternoon/early evening on Friday to tell me my car was done. I almost would have not been able to make it back to work, 176miles away due to there neglect. Recommend someone think strongly about taking a vehicle up there.
