I bought a Honda Crv 2003 vehicle paying cash $ 7750.00 on 09/26. He promissed me to mail the "title of the vehicle"in two days but he did not. During 1 month perieod I was keep calling to him and He normally not picked up the phone. When he picked up the phone he is telling "I am going to mail it soon" but he did not. I went see him several times I was wasting my time I got threedays leave from my job. Finally I got it. This vehicle's AC is not working I told him same day he promissed me to fix it. I took it to his dealer ship. They waste my time several hours without attention to me and finally told me it need a new compressure and He is going to order it and when they got it he prommised me to call. But he never call me. When I am calling normally he is not picking up his phone. When picked up he is telling I ordered still not came. Now it is more than one month today he is telling me "I am not responsible to fix your AC. I am not going to do it and what ever you can do you can do". From day of buying the vehicle I was asking him keep the vehicle and give my money back He always telling me I'll fix your vehicle I don't have return policy. He promissed me to give me a "owners manual" too. But he did not.
