Scambed, Lied Too, No refund as promissed

Paid for my recreational vehicle to be advertised for sale. Not one response to add. AMS promissed a refund of $220 if they did not sell, I sold the vehicle. Contract was made August and Vehicle sold in October and for requested the refund in writing October 31. They have been contacted several times questioning the refund and was told it was being processed. Ripped off?
