On August 19, I had got my vehicle out of their shop and it caught on fire while I was driving it. Also they did not give me a receipt when I picked my vehicle up that day which seemed strange because I have been taking my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica to them since 09. My vehicle had been in and out their shop since 09. They took every penny I had and everytime I would get my vehicle back, the same thing I kept paying for kept messing up. I paid for stuff on my vehicle that I don't even think got replaced. I called them when the fireman was putting the fire out and all Mr. Cato could tell me is, call my insurance company. That vehicle was all me and my children had to ride in. Now I'm riding in a 92 Lincoln Town Car with no heat or air.
