Promised a vehicle pickup, now the vehicle is used for a special needs child to get him to his physical therapies, never picked up, ripoff

I called this company in an hour of need. The previous transport company had been given well over a month and never picked up this vehicle. I explained to the sympathetic gentleman what had happened and that I desperately needed this vehicle because it was used for to transport my special needs child to his physical therapy. Without it I didn't know how I could get him there. He assured me that he could have the vehicle picked up in a couple of days.

The van has yet to be picked up. I don't know how these people sleep at night my son's life is painful enough with all of his therapies, I don't know what to do. We are out of money. My husband is in the military and cannot work any overtime.
