These people are the reason why people dont buy from used car lots they promise and make it sound goo but then they dont remember... The manager mike at first seems cool and understands but then as soon as u sign. Guess what??? He doent remember anything... I bought a 00 cadillac catera it was having transmission problems with with it to start and he promised me he would fix it if i buy it. So i asked him if he can give me something in writing because i didnt trust anybody and he did but at the botton of the paper in small letters it said only good for 15 days... And after i bought it he told me to bring it a week later and i did then he called me back saying it was ready. I looked at the miles and it only had 2 miles more than when i dropped it of. Maybe the shop was really close... Well on my way home the car started doing it a gain and i pulled over and called him. The he said bring it next week and i did... When i got there he asked for my contract and he said ooops. This contract is only good for 15 days and it was the 16th day... So he told me to call the extended ins dept. I did and they said the way it works is i pay out of pocket then send the recipt to them and if they think its something that qualifies then they pay me back... This place is a joke!!!
