On May 14 I purchased a 1998 Saturn SL2 for Concord Autoplex in Lewisville Texas. With this purchase I also bought a Warranty (Or Service Agreement) for $1000 which is shown on the Buyers Order. To date, the Warranty has not been put into effect. I have contacted a Mr. Ya Ya at Concord and also have contacted the Warranty Company. Mr. Ya Ya has promised me on many occasions this has been taken care of but the warranty company does not have any payment from Concord. Also, The warranty says any problem pre-existing will not be covered, since I have bought the car the transmission has begun slipping badly.
Resolution Requested:
1. The warranty be put in force immediately.
2. Anything not covered by the warranty because of pre-existing be paid for by Concord. The repair work will be done at a service center of my choosing.
