I recently bought a vehicle from Desert Autoplex and they told me that if I had any problems with it, to let them know and they would take care of it. Well, the rear differential went out and I gave Desert Autoplex a call. They told me to tow it to their shop, which I did. After it had sat there a week without anyone looking at it, they finally told me that would diagnose the problem. They failed to call me back, after my repeated attempts to see what was going on with the vehicle. When someone finally did call me back they said they working on the vehice trying to fix it. I had not authorized anyone to fix the problem just diagnose it. (The vehicle is under warranty) Desert Autoplex also failed to call the warranty company for about three weeks, which they were supposed to do. Desert Autoplex told me that if I paid them $1,500.00 they could have the car back to me the next day. However, the car is under warranty, and even the warranty company said I would not have to pay anything. It has now been 27 DAYS since my car has been there, I went out to look at the vehicle and it still isn't fixed. Desert Autoplex keeps giving me the run around about when it will be fixed, as well as pawning me off to different people who are not handling the situation. These people are not mature enough to handle the situation. They never made me aware that it would be over a month until I got my vehicle back. They are extremely unethical and unorganized... And here i am still waiting for my vehicle... What can i do?
