In September my husband, myself and our children drove down to Missisauga with my mother to meet with Rick and Rick Bulter and the owner of the company of Kennedy Transportation Network. After meeting with more then once My mother told them everything that has happened to all of us and that we couldn't afford anymore losses. They reassured us that we would make money and had my husband sign a lease with one company for one truck and my mom for two trucks with another company. My mother and husband put a total of $90,000.00 down for 3 trucks. Come to find out these trucks are not worth what they sold them for, and the leaseing company never even recieved any of the big money that we put down. I still have copies of the money orders. After no drivers working, or not being able to or pulling stunts where they show up with no food, no place to stay for training and no money and my mother having to pay for them they would quit or fail the drug test and not pay back what was owed. One driver had the nerve to take the truck without my husband's knowledge from Kennedy and he was charged with a CVOR violation and yet the truck wasn't release or suppose to be released. After no drivers working out, my brother went and got his DZ licence to drive, only to find out he would lose his job due to Kennedy being crooked with the company he got hired on by that the guy who did the hiring for that company was let go with all those he hired. My mother lost her house, lost her car and is now trying to make ends meet. She is 55 years old and is a Diabetic with depression from all of this. I myself am depressed and on depression pills from everything that has happened to all of us. What this company has done is wrong and they should be shut down and pay back what they stole. How can you sit and lie to someone?
My husband lost so much, I had to drop our house to sell it as the leasing company said they were going to come after my house yet it was my house from my trust not my husbands, so we took a loss thinking if I didn't I'd loose the house. When I sold the house I also gave my mom money to try to help her from loosing her house then she did she I gave her the rest to try to find a place to live.
Between my mother, husband, brother and I we have lost over $150,000.00
Please don't go with this company and if there is a class action suit we want to be part of it!
