Check back ground on tranzmission and was good. Paid for a transmission for 1995 Ford windstar feb 23. Mike called 2 weeks later and said he got a bad case and need to build me another one. Shipped march 17/ 2009. When it got here it had damage on pan so was refused by me and went back to old dominion trucking. Witch talk with mike at Tranzmissionworks and agreed that it was cometic damage. Mike told me to accept the trans and he would send me a new pan. Never happen. I took it to Del Rio Auto to have installed so warrentee would be good. It took 2months to get it for our vacation on july 2nd. It blew after 7 miles and we had to rent a car. Since then he has made claims that it is a sensor. I am a retired diesel mechanic with back surgies so I had some one do the work. I have lost over $3000 not including our vacation with our adopted dauther. I have filed a claim with ICS, FBI and will be filling a law suit here in colorado against both Ebay and Tranzmissionworks if this is not remidy by the end of the Month. I will not give a ripp off company anymore time. He will have to show up in federal court here since he does bussiness on the internet. Should cost him alot to remidy this case.
